To get started:
You'll be asked to complete a short questionnaire outlining your care needs.
In the final step, you'll create a password and submit your request.
Once submitted, you'll receive a verification email.
After confirming your email address, you will be redirected back to the site, where your personal dashboard will be available.
Our system will then begin matching carers to your requirements and will contact them to confirm their availability. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to be completed.
After 24 hours, return to your dashboard to view the carers who are available. You can then contact them directly through the platform to discuss your care needs.
